About Our Client

Our client provides a center of excellence in a burgeoning field of biotechnology, aiming to aid the government in providing high-throughput and accessible molecular testing. Our client supports the development and increase of the capacity of genomics in Indonesia for future generations and to fully contribute to genomic technology and disseminate knowledge about the field to the public. They are currently searching for a Business Director to lead the company's growth and strategy.

Job Description

Manage the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the marketProvides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectationMaintain successful performance by increasing revenues and controlling expenses.Determine and monitor digital marketing communication strategies and activities.Transform the business process to be relevant with digital health and market segment.Making sure that business activities have positive impact to the society.Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activities and strategic business goals, as well as a representative of the company to shareholders.Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operating performance to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasksLead teams with integrity and build and maintain a trusting, inclusive and productive environment

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or relevant fields from reputable university. Masters or PhD degree in business administration or relevant fields is preferred.Minimum of 10 Years total experience in sales and marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role and position in a similar field in a growth organization. Experience in health services sector is preferred, but not a must.Have knowledge of various operational functions and principles, including sales operations, digital marketing, technology, and legal compliance, etc.Ability to plan and manage processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.Have good ability in people management and communication skills.Knowledgeable in legal working knowledge of industry regulations.
